RECIPE 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 6 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 medium onion, grated 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 drops hot sauce 1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup chopped pecans Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into a ball, and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball
