Hunt For Suspect & Vehicle In Deadly Carrollton Stabbing

CARROLLTON (CBSDFW.COM) – Police in Carrollton are trying to identify and locate the person who stabbed and killed a person in their city on July 31.

According to authorities, it was just before 2:00 a.m. when there was a report of a stabbing and officers went to the 1000 block of Myers Street.

Officers found the victim, Arnold Pinilla, at the scene. He later died from his injuries. Now police want to hold the person who committed the crime responsible.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-30s. He stands between 5'3" and 5'6" tall, has a skinny or slender build and a light complexion.

The vehicle the man was driving was captured on surveillance video and is an early to mid-2000's white, 4-door sedan with a sunroof and tan or beige interior.

Anyone who knows who the suspect is, recognizes the car or has information about the stabbing is asked to call North Texas Crime Stoppers at 877- 373-8477.

All calls are anonymous and tipsters could receive a reward of up to $5,000 if the information provided leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed the crime.
