DART Offering Free Service On New Year's Eve

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has teamed up with MillerCoors to provide customers with free service the night of New Year's Eve.
While there will be reduced schedules for the holidays, on all DART buses, light rail trains, paratransit vehicles and the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) from Union Station to CentrePort/DFW Airport Station will run free of charge.
The free service will begin at 6 p.m. on New Year's Eve and last until end of service.
There will be no passes or coupons required to ride
In 2015 DART/MillerCoors provided free rides to more than 37,000 passengers on December 31.
