Why are you considering pursuing a master's degree?

"I'm pursuing a master's degree to further my IT business, KMP Consulting LLC, and to continue to build and expand our network client database, to make more streamlined financial decisions to grow the company. We currently employ a little under 12 employees. Being able to identify areas to increase growth will create a catalyst for a solid foundation building a long-tern business."

Other than the degree itself, what do you think the master's degree will help you do?

"It will open up doors to further build our IT network within KMP Consulting, LLC and will help me confidently make business choices regarding management, budgets, future sales projections, etc."

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced so far in pursuing your master's degree?

"My biggest challenge is being able to successfully juggle and multi-task around my daily priorities. I work full-time and run two business, including KMP Consulting, LLC. Finding time to put towards studying and homework can be a challenge. You have to get very creative sometimes, for example, listening to audio versions of the required curriculum while driving or on the treadmill. Every little bit helps!"
