Business As Usual At DFW Airport Despite Confirmed Ebola Case
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Word of Tuesday's official determination making a patient at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas the first diagnosed Ebola case stateside spread quickly for many North Texans awaiting international arrivals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
The individual who tested positive had traveled to Liberia. He left Liberia on September 19 and arrived in the United States on September 20 without showing any symptoms of the virus.
There aren't any flights originating in West Africa that land in Dallas but passengers are still free to travel there.

Center For Disease Control Director Thomas Frieden said he does not believe anyone on the flight with the man diagnosed with the potentially fatal virus is at risk.
If screenings or alerts will be issued, it's up to the CDC to let airport officials know.
A spokesperson from the CDC will be arriving on a flight from Atlanta Tuesday night.
For now, air travel continues as usual at DFW Airport.
