Wynter Cole Smith case heads to grand jury for decision on federal charges

Rashad Trice, the 26-year-old accused of the kidnap and murder of Wynter Cole Smith, a two-year-old girl from Lansing, appeared before a judge in Grand Rapids Tuesday.
