Windsor mayor says he will still celebrate Gordie Howe Bridge opening despite joint event canceled
A joint event between Canada and the U.S. to celebrate the opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge has been canceled. Meanwhile, Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkins says he still plans to attend an event held by Canadian officials.
