Stevens introduces "No Tariffs on Groceries" Act

Michigan Congresswoman Haley Stevens has introduced the "No Tariffs on Groceries Act," a bill that that intends to lower the cost of groceries by removing the ability of the president to unilaterally put tariffs on food and other agricultural products.
