Michigan Retailers Association encourages people to shop locally on Cyber Monday

Instead of Cyber Monday, which encourages people to shop online, the Michigan Retailers Association has redubbed the Monday after Thanksgiving "Michigan Monday" in hopes of encouraging everyone to keep their dollars local.
