Metro Detroit groups team up to fight hunger

Service organizations in Southeast Michigan are banding together to help those who are without food. As CBS News Detroit's Veronica Ortega reports, their mission is to help families in the area and around the world. Plus, runners in Commerce Township helped raise money for holiday meals on Saturday.
