Great Lakes ice coverage reaches record low

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) says the ice levels on the five Great Lakes are low and continue to shrink. Climate scientist University of Michigan professor Richard Rood joined CBS News Detroit to discuss the winter season and its impact on the Great Lakes.
