Election fraud felonies against Hamtramck city councilman dismissed

Four felony election fraud charges against a Hamtramck city councilman have been dismissed. Muhtasin Sadman was accused of forging an absentee ballot and to vote in the 2023 election. Those charges were dropped after two witnesses failed to appear in court yesterday. And still faces a misdemeanor charge for making a false ballot.
