Election Day: Detroiters to pick a new mayor

Detroit City Council President Mary Sheffield and the Rev. Solomon Kinloch are the candidates for the Detroit mayoral race as Mike Duggan is stepping down. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.
