Data shows that Michigan's population has fallen from 2020 to 2022, estimating that more than 43,000 people left the state. The Growing Michigan Together Council says it has a plan to bring people to the state. Shirley Stancato and John Rakolta Jr., co-chairs of the council, joined CBS News Detroit to discuss the plan.
