Authorities provide update in Metro Detroit splash pad shooting
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard provided an update Monday afternoon on the investigation into the shooting at the Brooklands Plaza Splash Pad in Rochester Hills Saturday evening that left nine people wounded.
