Attorneys for Hamtramck police chief, city manager speak out after new report

A new investigative report found that Hamtramck Police Chief Jamiel Altaheri and Special Investigator David Adamczyk engaged in "significant" misconduct warranting termination. City Manager Max Garbarino was also investigated.
