The Michigan Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments this week about whether the adopt and amend strategy used by Republican lawmakers in 2018 was constitutional. The case centers around minimum wage and expanded paid sick leave that would have appeared on Michigan's ballot. Attorney Mark Brewer with Goodman Acker joined CBS News Detroit to break down the case.
