Underage Driver Crashes Car, 3 In Hospital
OXFORD (WWJ) - An Oxford teenager who took his parents car without permission is hospitalized along with two friends after crashing the car in northern Oakland County.
Sheriff deputies say the 15-year old doesn't have a driver's license. He was driving a Ford Focus on Lake George Road just before 4 a.m. Monday.
When he lost control, the car ran off the road and rolled several times near Ray Road.
Two 14-year old passengers were thrown from the car. All three teens were transported to POH Medical Center.
They were listed in stable condition Monday afternoon.
The crash remains under investigation.
