Toddler On Life Support After Being Injured By Falling Dresser
TAYLOR (WWJ) -- A Downriver toddler is fighting for his life after being injured by a falling dresser.
Two-year-old Steven Rafferty Jr. is currently on a ventilator at Children's Hospital. His parents say they sent the child to his room as punishment and later found the dresser on top of him a short time after.
A GoFundMe campaign has already raised nearly $1,200. The page says the family could take the toddler off life support if his condition doesn't improve by Monday.
