Three reasons the Tigers have a chance to not only win the American League Central in 2011, but the American League pennant:

1. The Tigers' starting pitching rotation is potentially the best in the American League.

2. Victor Martinez and Jhonny Peralta give the Tigers much-needed thump with Miguel Cabrera in the middle of the batting order.

3. The Tigers aren't done yet. There is still plenty of time of time to tweak their roster before opening day.
