Royal Oak Teen Hospitalized Following Suspected Drug Overdose
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. (WWJ) - A 15-year-old Royal Oak girl is fighting for her life following a possible drug overdose at an underage party.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says they were called to a home on Bretton, near Avon and Crooks roads, Saturday morning. When they arrived, they learned that the girl was already at Crittendon Hospital after taking marijuana and other drugs. A 17-year old Royal Oak boy was arrested.
A relative of the homeowner allegedly broke into the home to host the party.
