Chief's Trucking is a customs bonded carrier authorized to transport hazardous materials, maintaining United States Department of Transportation and state of Ohio Hazmat certificates. Official trucking credentials have been added to the updated Web site.

Chief's President Todd Clegg said the updated Web site clearly and concisely presents his company's value proposition.

"We are a pretty simple operation," Clegg said. "We do one thing and we do it very well. We move boxes. Our updated Web site clearly and quickly explains who we are, what we do, how to get hold of us and why someone would want to do business with us. It helps build trust with potential customers. They can see that we are a real company."

Co-owner Jill Clegg added, "It is a great feeling when we get a new customer from the Internet.  We have gotten a fair amount of business so far. Our Web site has paid for itself many times over. We look forward to getting many more clients who find us by searching for our services online."

ChiefsTrucking.com also features a customer credit application to make it easier for prospective clients to do business with Chief's Trucking.

Chief's Trucking, established in 1982, is an intermodal trucking company that delivers intermodal transportation services by safely transporting ocean containers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Chassis carry 20-foot or 40-foot containers.
