Red Wings' Game 1 Loss To Predators Both Discouraging And Encouraging

The Red Wings' 3-2 loss to the Nashville Predators Wednesday night was both discouraging and encouraging.
Discouraging because the Red Wings fell behind one game to none in an opening-round Stanley Cup playoff series.
Encouraging because the Red Wings were anything but blown out of the rink on the road by a team that was considered the overwhelming favorite entering the series.
