--The Pistons snapped an 11-game losing streak to Utah on Saturday. The last time they had defeated the Jazz was March 13, 2005. Three of those losses came in overtime.

--Detroit's victory was also its first in nearly nine years without Richard Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince or Ben Wallace appearing in the game. The last time the Pistons won a game without at least one of them was April 8, 2002, when they defeated Atlanta 105-99. Wallace missed that game with an injury. Hamilton and Prince did not join the team until the 2002-03 season.
