More Departures From Ohio State Football Program

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Terrell Pryor is the latest person to leave the Ohio State Buckeyes football program.

The quarterback has announced through his attorney that he won't play for the Buckeyes this season, saying it's in the best interest of his teammates.

Pryor had already been suspended for the first five games for breaking NCAA rules by accepting improper benefits from the owner of a tattoo parlor. He will most likely make himself available for an NFL supplemental draft.

Pryor's announcement comes just eight days after Buckeyes coach Jim Tressel was forced to resign for knowing about the players' improper benefits.
