10:54 AM  suzyq ban: How do you teach 20-something males discipline if they haven't had it. Most football players in high school and college are the BMOCs and often get away with things regular students wouldn't.

10:55 AM  suzyq ban: How does that teach discipline? Being a parent, I know every kid reacts to consequences differently. Some of these guys will be hurt by not being played and some by taking money away.

10:57 AM  suzyq ban: If they know how a coach will react to a given situation, they know their limits. He needs to keep them guessing how he will react when they screw up.

10:58 AM  suzyq ban: I forget which coach just had a player go to the locker rooom and be done because of unnecessary roughness. That's sending a message. This needs to happen.

11:00 AM  suzyq ban: The guys are taking it personal when someone pisses them off on the field and are being reactionary. They need to learn there are consequences to reacting stupidly.
