ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — The Detroit Lions have a lot of decisions to make this offseason.
Some might be difficult.
Free agent defensive end Cliff Avril says he hopes to re-sign after making a career-high 11 sacks in his fourth year with the team. All-Pro wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who has one year left on his deal, says he's not thinking about his contract.
Detroit's season ended Saturday night with a 45-28 NFC wild-card loss at New Orleans.
The team gathered for a meeting Monday at team headquarters and players cleaned out their lockers.
Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh declined to talk to reporters and quarterback Matthew Stafford was not in the locker room when media had access.
