Kilpatrick Family To Be Deposed In Stripper's Death

Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, his wife and father will be subject to a deposition by the family of a slain stripper.

The family of Tamara Greene claims Kilpatrick's family and the city derailed an investigation into her death. Greene is said to have performed at a rumored Manoogian Mansion party in 2002.

Meanwhile, the former Detroit mayor is now serving his time at a low-security federal prison for men in Milan. The move means Kilpatrick will have access to research facilities and a computer to prepare his defense in an upcoming federal case involving fraud and tax charges. He had been held at the Oaks Correctional Facility near Manistee.
