Joe Dumars: Pistons Need Help Up Front
Pistons president of basketball operations Joe Dumars didn't reveal any trade secrets after Tuesday night's NBA draft lottery.
As expected, the Pistons will pick seventh in next month's NBA draft, and in a teleconference at the team's practice facility, Dumars said what everyone has been saying about the Pistons since last season's 27-55 finish.
