General Motors Plans To Transfer Michigan Workers To Wentzville, Mo
(CBS DETROIT) - General Motors will transfer some Michigan workers to it's Missouri plant after suffering a shortage of staff.
GM initially decided to eliminate its third shift at Wentzville due to some employees not showing up because of coronavirus fears. A spokesperson for the automaker says it will continue operating on three shifts with employee transfers.
