CBS Radio Detroit Gift with Test Drive On-Site Promotion

Terms and Conditions – Updated 10/09/2014 to Extend Redemption Period

1. Offer Dates: The CBS Radio Detroit – Chrysler 200 Gift with Test Drive Offer ("Offer") is valid during designated CBS Radio Detroit station appearances at participating Chrysler retail locations in the greater Detroit area (each, an "Appearance") beginning on 7/10/2014 and ending on 10/19/2014 ("Offer Dates").  For a list of dates, times, and locations for each Appearance, as well as available CBS Radio Detroit experience offers, visit www.cbsDetroit.com/BlindDate  (the "Offer Website"), which shall be incorporated into these terms by reference.
2.  Offer Redemption Directions: To participate in this Offer and to receive two (2) tickets to a CBS Radio Detroit experience (each, an "Experience"), available while supplies last, simply present a valid driver's license, and test drive a new Chrysler 200 at a participating Chrysler retail location during an Appearance.  Upon completing a qualifying test drive, present your valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID to the CBS Radio Detroit Promotions Staff on-site during the same Appearance to confirm eligibility.  Each person will be required to enter his or her contact information into supplied kiosk, which requires the participant's full name, address, city, state, Zip code, phone number, and email address.  Upon registration during the Offer Dates, each registrant will be emailed a registration confirmation including a unique offer code that will enable participation in the program ("Offer Code").  Once the registrant receives the Offer Code, registrants must visit the Offer Website to view available Experiences and to request their choice of Experience with their Offer Code.  Offer is limited to a first come/first served basis and is subject to availability.  A maximum of 1,500 "Experiences" will be provided in connection with this Offer.

3. Experiences: A total of 1,500 Experiences shall be made available with this Offer.  Experiences shall include concert, event, and other performance tickets, and Experience values may vary.  Experiences shall be listed online on the Offer Website and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Participation Restrictions: Offer is open to legal U.S. residents who are licensed drivers, 18 years of age or older, and who live in the Detroit Metro Area (Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw and Monroe counties.)  Offer is limited to only one (1) Experience per person and per household.  Employees of Chrysler Group LLC, its participating dealerships, CBS Radio Inc. (collectively the "Offer Entities"), their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families are ineligible.  Offer is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

5. General Conditions:  Offer Entities are not responsible for incomplete or illegible requests.  No substitutions will be permitted.  Requests will be honored in the order in which they are received and based upon availability.  This offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.  Offer form has no cash or other value and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.  CBS Radio reserves the right to verify identification.  No photocopies or other reproductions will be accepted.  Unless otherwise indicated, all Experiences must be claimed online, and, if not mailed to consumer, picked up in person at the CBS Radio offices at 26455 American Drive, Southfield, MI 48034 during regular business hours (ID required).  Failure to comply with these requirements or failure to claim an Experience by the earlier of the Experience date or within thirty (30) days after last Offer Date, will result in forfeiture of the Experience.  Unless otherwise specified or required by law, if an Experience is not claimed it will become the property of CBS Radio.  CBS Radio, solely at its discretion and with the consent of the winner, may opt to deliver the Experience tickets to the winner by mail or overnight courier.  In such event, the winner assumes the risk of the loss of the tickets, and the Station will not be responsible for the safe arrival of the Experience tickets.  There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for Experiences, except that CBS Radio may, at its sole discretion, substitute Experiences of comparable value or cash.  Each Experience is expressly limited to the item(s) announced by the Station on the Offer Website and does not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.  Decisions of the CBS Radio management with respect to the Offer are final.  Consumers responding to this offer agree to hold the Offer Entities, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors and shareholders of each of them (collectively "Released Parties") harmless against any and all claims, liability or damages arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance of or use of this offer or gift.  Released Parties undertake no liability and make no warranties with respect to any of the gifts awarded including without limitation acts of God, injuries, damages or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Offer or the Experience.  By participating in this Offer, consumers agree to have their name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to this Offer, without further compensation, and, where permitted by law, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the gift.  Released Parties are not responsible for (i) typographical or other errors in the printing or administration of this Offer, (ii) late, incorrect, or incomplete registrations, (iii) telephone, or mobile service outages, delays, busy signals, transmission errors, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from redeeming this Offer (if applicable, message and data rates may apply), or (iv) requests not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties.  Offer Entities maintain the right to modify or clarify this offer or its terms and conditions at any time.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Released Parties, any Experience is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or has a change of venue, CBS Radio reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Offer and shall not be required to award a substitute Experience.
