Driver nearly hits student getting of school bus in Washtenaw County, authorities say
The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office says a vehicle nearly hit a student on Wednesday as they were getting off a bus.
The incident happened in the 6300 block of Willow Road in Augusta Township. The sheriff's office says it received a report about a dark-colored sedan speeding past a bus. The child was not hurt.
An investigation is ongoing.
