Detroit Tigers ALDS Roster

The Detroit Tigers have released their 2011 ALDS Roster this morning. There really aren't too many surprises. Catcher are Alex Avila, Victor Martinez and Omir Santos. Wilson Betemit, Miguel Cabrera, Brandon Inge, Jhonny Peralta and Ramon Santiago are the infielders.

The outfielders on the ALDS roster are Andy Dirks, Austin Jackson, Don Kelly, Magglio Ordonez, Ryan Raburn and Delmon Young.

The pitchers that manager Jim Leyland selected are Al Alburquerque, Joaquin Beniot, LHP Phil Coke, Doug Fister, Brad Penny, Ryan Perry, Rick Porcello, Max Scherzer, LHP Daniel Schlereth, Jose Valverde and Justin Verlander.

David Pauley and Duane Below were left off the ALDS roster.
