Dearborn Man Found Dead At Home

DEARBORN (WWJ) - Dearborn police are investigating a possible murder overnight.

Officers were called to a home on Williamson Street near Ford and Schaefer at around  8 p.m. Sunday.

Lt. Doug Topolski said the body of 45-year-old Hassan Jaber was found inside.

"After getting a call from a neighbor that hadn't seen the gentleman who lived there ina a few days, and basically they found him in his house with some obvious trauma -- so we're investigating it as a homocide right now," Topolski said.

Topolski said they're working a few leads right now, but have yet to establish a motive. "So, we're looking for the public's help -- if anyone knows anything specific about the man," he said.
