ImageSoft Selected by Yukon Workers' Compensation Board to Purge Paper, Improve Efficiency: Southfield-based ImageSoft Inc. has been chosen by the Yukon Worker's Compensation Health and Safety Board to implement a document management and workflow system to improve processes and achieve greater efficiencies. Located in Whitehorse, Yukon, the Yukon Workers' Compensation Health and Safety Board administers workers' compensation and occupational health and safety in the Yukon, Canada. An extremely paper-intensive organization, after a study of its existing processes, the Yukon Worker's Compensation Board saw the need to reengineer its inefficient, paper-based processes to enable staff to readily share information, documents and process knowledge within and across departments and to work more productively. With the ImageSoft solution, paper documents will be scanned and indexed to become digital documents that can be quickly and easily retrieved and shared. The solution, which will integrate with PowerSuite, YWCHSB's existing claims system, will also include workflow to fully automate claims processing and to eliminate redundant manual efforts. Powered by OnBase, the ImageSoft solution is expected to be implemented by the year's end. ImageSoft provides document and process management software  and services to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes. Since 1996, ImageSoft's technology and workflow systems have increased productivity, reduced operating costs and saved time and money for our customers in government, the courts, healthcare, insurance, education and manufacturing.
