The Detroit Tigers backup catcher Brayan Pena will not be returning for the 2014 season.
In addition to having perhaps the most entertaining Twitter account on the team, frequently sending out jokes and interacting with fans, Pena hit .297 in 2013 with a .315 on-base percentage and .397 slugging percentage. He smacked four home runs and batted in 22 runners.
