Maybe it's the fact I didn't have cable TV growing up but I don't recall a Barry Bonds vs. Deion Sanders dunk contest ever happening. Boy, was I wrong!
In a video that is making its rounds on the Internet, you can see Bonds and Sanders in 1992 dunk contest with Dick Vitale doing the commentary.
The video starts off showing both Bonds and Sanders missing their first dunk attempts in pretty pathetic fashion...
Barry Bonds second dunk attempt went through and he celebrated like either he didn't expect it to drop or he had just won the World Series.
Sanders second dunk attempt wasn't very pretty either but at least Bonds made his!
