Adtegrity.com Reports Loss On Lower Revenue
GRAND RAPIDS -- Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, Monday reported its results for the first quarter ended March 31.
The Company's unaudited results included net loss of $54,837 for the first quarter on revenues of $3.07 million, compared with net income of $224,375 on revenues of $4.31 million for the same quarter last year.
"The top- and bottom-line reductions for the period are primarily due to a seasonal drop off related to the end of heavy political ad placements," said Adtegrity president and CEO Scott Brew. "However, we did a good job of managing expenses and minimized our net loss as a result. After spending several months refining our strategy and industry messaging, we plan to aggressively grow our sales team during the balance of the year and have already started to see advertising budgets improve. The company has a strong balance sheet and is well positioned going forward."
Adtegrity reported serving more than 48.2 billion ad impressions during the first quarter, resulting in 42.7 million clicks and 7.7 million conversions for Adtegrity.com advertisers.
Adtegrity.com's primary business is the delivery of interactive advertising and marketing services. Since its founding in 1999, the company has established itself as a results-driven, customer-focused firm providing consistent quality to the top advertising brands online.
Adtegrity currently delivers billions of advertisements across thousands of top-tier websites each month.
