Wixom-based Acromag Inc. said this week it has created a new technology community page to provide a centralized Web site location for researching, understanding and analyzing advanced measurement and control systems.

The community page contains white papers, tech briefs and articles to aid engineers, programmers and manufacturers integrate signal conditioning, industrial PCs, high speed networks and embedded input-output processing into their products.

The Technology Community Page discusses advanced measurement and control solutions:

* Signal conditioning
* Remote distributed I/O
* Industrial PCs and rugged I/O
* Ethernet and fieldbus I/O networks
* High-speed embedded I/O processing
* FPGA computing technologies

The technology addresses engineers, technicians, programmers and manufacturers involved in automation and mission-critical applications in the industrial manufacturing, engineering design, research, aerospace, defense, energy and environmental industries.

The technology community page is hosted by Acromag, an international corporation that combines more than 50 years of process monitoring and control experience with a solid background in high-tech computer design.  Acromag built its reputation designing critical measurement instrumentation equipment and is recognized internationally as a leading designer of analog and digital control products for the industrial I/O market.
