Whistleblower bill dividing Colorado law enforcement
A whistleblower bill at the state capitol has divided Colorado law enforcement. Under that bill, if a police officer can show by preponderance of the evidence they were retaliated against for reporting conduct that is unlawful or endangers public safety they could be eligible for monetary damages.
