Trump administration says Colorado school district in violation of Title IX
President Trump's Administration claims Jefferson County Schools are in violation of Title IX by allowing transgender students to access female bathrooms and overnight accommodations and allowing transgender athletes to participate in girls' sports. The district says those allegations are erroneous.
