Restaurant owner in Denver metro area says Cencalli Taqueria is a love letter to her childhood
Cencalli Taqueria Co-founder and Owner Zoe Romero says she loves sharing the food, culture, and music she grew up with with the community through her restaurants. She also works with the James Beard Foundation's Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program to help women find education, support and resources.
