New Colorado law helps undocumented people get driver's licenses

A new law goes into effect next week that minimizes requirements for undocumented people in Colorado to get their driver's license. The process is the same for everyone, requiring both a written and driving test, but will now allow passports and other forms of foreign identification to apply for a license.
