Good Samaritan tries to save 18-year-old in fatal Erie crash
When a crash happened near a home in Erie, a neighbor ran to help, pulling the 18-year-old passenger out of the vehicle to safety. That vehicle caught fire and claimed the life of the 18-year-old driver.
