Denver launches new pilot program for "middle-income" housing
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston's office says it will offer a tax exemption for new multi-family developments this year in exchange for deed restrictions to help make them affordable for those making less than the city's median income -- $98,100 per year for individuals and $140,000 for families of four.
