Deadly brownout crash in southern Colorado caused by truck driving too slow on highway, CSP says

The crash, which involved almost 30 cars and killed five people, happened on Interstate 25 near Pueblo in February. Colorado State Patrol says an SUV rear-ended a pickup truck towing a trailer at around 15 or 20 mph on the highway, while visibility was severely limited.
