Colorado mountain road projects will start earlier this year due to less snow
Renovation, reconstruction, and other projects are set to impact Vail Pass, Swan Mountain Pass, and other areas, in an effort to reduce traffic and boost safety in the high country. Some of the plans are years in the making.
