Avalanche closes Berthoud Pass in Colorado mountains
The Colorado Avalanche Information Center and Colorado Department of Transportation both confirmed the avalanche and the closure, which is in effect from Robins Roost and Henderson Mine Road, between the towns of Winter Park and Empire.
