Woman Charged With Sexual Assault Of Teen
DENVER (CBS4)- A woman has been charged after she was accused of of sexually assaulting a teenage male.
Alicia Hernandez has been charged with sexual assault on a child and sexual assault 10 year age difference.
The charges allege that in 2013, Hernandez, who was 29 at the time, engaged in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy whom she had med in a park. Hernandez had two children as a result of the relationship.
Hernandez has not been released from custody on $50,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear for her second advisement in Denver County Courtroom on Oct. 18.
