Wildlife Fence Designed To Reduce Crashes
VAIL, Colo. (CBS4)- The Colorado Department of Transportation is installing new wildlife fencing in the High Country along Interstate 70 in an effort to reduce the number of crashes.
The 40 miles of fence will be installed along I-70 between Dotsero and Eagle Vail.
Drivers may notice some lane closures while the fencing is installed.
The construction will continue through 2018 on the $2.5 million dollar project.
